Renovation Process & Execution: The renovation work started end of November, and I wasn’t even in Singapore during the process! I was chilling and working remotely in Thailand while Heidi was taking care of everything for me. That’s how much I trusted her to oversee the entire renovation on my behalf. She kept me constantly updated with progress reports and photos, ensuring I felt assured despite being away. The renovation was completed by end-February (it took slightly longer due to the Chinese New Year break), but the final result was amazing. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and while there were a few minor hiccups, Heidi was quick to arrange for touch-ups without any hassle. Throughout the process, I also had the opportunity to meet some of the contractors, including the painter, carpenters, and electricians, and I could tell they were true professionals who took pride in their work.
Final Verdict: I highly recommend Heidi and Quad R Design to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and talented interior designer. Her ability to balance design aesthetics with budget constraints, offering personalized solutions, and oversee the entire project seamlessly made this renovation experience a truly positive one for me.
